• Make our own glossary for IPCC publishing terminology: SPM, Full report, Longer report, Annex, Index, report type names.
• Diagram of how parts fit together - top level
• Outline of work programme for interns and voluteer - not to act on it yet
• What are the catalogue sources for the IPCC reports. UN Library, NASA, Cambridge, IPCC website.
• How do reports get published, i.e., go from IPPC, IPCC TSU (Technical Support Unit), ?
• Available translations of all parts (for interns and volunteers to do)
• Do the wG Reports and Special reports have other reports feeding into them

"During the sixth assessment cycle ( October 2015 to July 2023) the IPCC produced the Sixth Assessment Report (AR6) with contributions by its three Working Groups and a Synthesis Report, three Special Reports, and a refinement to its latest Methodology Report."

IPCC Report types

Name	What is it	How many
Synthesis Report (SYR)	A Synthesis Report is a summary and integration of all those individual reports, the final, integrating document within that cycle.	Six
Assessment Report (AR)	An Assessment Report is the collection of individual reports (including the Working Group reports and Special Reports). These are the IPCC's flagship publications, providing a comprehensive overview of the state of climate knowledge.	Between 1990 and 2023, the IPCC published six comprehensive assessment reports.
Special Report	These reports address specific topics related to climate change, offering in-depth analysis	Between 1994 and 2019 the IPCC published 14 special reports
Working Group Report	A Working Group Report is a scientific assessment produced by one of the three working groups (Working Group I on the physical science basis, Working Group II on impacts, adaptation, and vulnerability, and Working Group III on mitigation)	-

AR	Assessment Report
SYR	Synthesis Report
Headline statements	To facilitate access to the findings of the SYR for a wide readership, each part of the SPM carries highlighted headline statements. Taken together, these 18 headline statements provide an overarching summary in simple, non-technical language for easy assimilation by readers from different walks of life.
SPM	The SPM follows a structure and sequence like that in the longer report, but some issues covered in more than one section of the longer report are summarized in a single location in the SPM. Each paragraph of the SPM contains references to the supporting text in the longer report.
Longer report	In turn, the longer report contains extensive references to relevant portions of the Working Group Reports or Special Reports mentioned above. The longer report is structured around three topic headings as mandated by the Panel. A brief Introduction (Section1) is followed by three sections.
