[RoleTools] {feture} a way for autorole not to effect bots

when autorole is used it also assigns the role to the bots whitch i need to manualy remove

a way to ignore bots

tag like [p]roletools autorole add [role] --nobots
[p]roletools autorole nobots add [role]
