Receiver selection by operations

Equivalent to #6 there are cases an author wants to select supporter by a specifc operation (Waves service). Operations can be filtered by:

• Phase:
• all
• before application phase
• application phase already started, but not terminated
• future operations with terminated application phase
• past operations
• Type:
• All
• Festivals
• Goldeimer Festivals
• Concerts
• NWT
• Others

Additionally, the selection of the operations should be supported by an autocomplete search field.

The receiving supporter can be seperated by the status of their application:

• applicant
• participant
• waiting list
