Black screen on display after 3 weeks time having installed Bruce on T-Embed

My new T-Embed arrived about 3 weeks ago (I waited 2 months for shipping), and i installed Bruce firmware correctly.
Today, like any other day I was going to use it, it stopped working as usual. The screen got stuck at startup. I used the RST button, and it turned off and on again, but with a black screen. The screen has no problems at all; it turns on correctly, just with a black display.
I tried formatting it and completely erasing the firmware with Esptool and reinstalling Bruce, but the same problem persisted.
I tried installing the factory firmware, and the same thing persisted: the screen and LEDs were on, but the display was black.
(I would like to specify that the screen turns on, goes into sleep mode and lowers the brightness, however it does not display any image using Bruce firmware)
I don't know what else to do. I spent 3 days researching the same problem and only found three people, one on Reddit, one on the Bruce troubleshooting forum, and another guy in Discord with the same problem as me like 4 - 5 days ago. Neither solved the problem.
A fellow pentesting content creator (k1telek) told me that contacting Lilygo itself might give me an answer and help.
He confirmed that the problem with my T-Embed isn't a firmware issue, as described above.
I can't afford to buy another T-Embed. Pls help help help.
(I want to emphasize that there is no visible damage, not even inside the ESP32. Since its arrival, I have kept it in its box as much as possible for greater care when carrying it)

This might be due to the screen reset pin not being connected to the hardware, which causes the screen to fail to reset.

You can disconnect the battery, wait for about 10 seconds, and then reconnect it.

It might also be due to poor screen contact. You can try disassembling the device and unplug and reinsert the screen cable.

I already tried disconnecting the battery, even leaving it disconnected for hours.
I carefully disassembled it, disconnected and connected all the components, one by one, disconnected the screen and reconnected it (the Flex), and still had the same problem.
With a Discord partner we had the same problem without any solution, he told me that he bought another identical screen as a replacement and it continued to give him the same problem.
Having confirmed that even having changed the firmware and replaced the screen with exactly the same model and with the same problem as us with other users.
I could say that it is a hardware/factory problem.

You are not the only one with this problem, and Lilygo Official Store at AliExpress is being informed about it: pr3y/Bruce#1455

I have the same problem, i am only a customer that is trying to know if It is a software (Bruce 1,10.2) or a hardware (screen) issue.

By now, Factory firmware seems to be working and i Will test a few days.

If it were a hardware problem, i hope Lilygo Store to replace screen or even T-embed.

I am also having the same problem, and I have also went thru the same steps to try and find the solution but it doesnt seem like any of the trouble shooting works..
Oh and my tembed went out at exactly a month of me owning it as well.

On my T-Embed I tried the factory firmware and it didn't work or make any sound like when it arrived.
The LEDs were working and the screen was on, but there was no sound and the screen was not displaying any image.
I don't think it's a software problem.

Two weeks ago, a fellow Discord user who has the same problem sent an email to Lilygo, they responded and said that a refund would be issued.
This guy bought a screen identical to the T-Embed and replaced it but still had the same problem.
We discussed what the problem could be and it is most likely a factory batch that came out defective.

It's been a week since Lilygo responded to my colleague, they haven't confirmed or responded to anything about their product. I also sent an email a few days later and they haven't responded.
They may be busy.

Definitely, the T-Embed CC1101 I have received has a hardware malfunction with the screen, which freezes and goes black for no reason and regardless of the software used.

I have been testing with factory firmware and the problem is the same than using Bruce firmware.

I wrote to Lilygo Store telling them that is a hardware problem and sending videos, and i am waiting for an answer

That's exactly what happened with my T-Embed, only it never showed an image again xD

Yeah my tembeds backlight works but no feed on the screen. And it'll also go into sleep mode then only sometimes It'll let me adjust the screen brightness.
But I got some good news friends I just finished chatting with amazon/lilygos support team and they are honoring their product guarantee.! Im just waiting on the confirmation on which way they're going to do it, either a refund for the amount or sending my defective device in an getting a new tembed.
Hopefully I get a new one that works.
I'll keep everyone updated on the whole process.!🤞
