PDF U/A compatible

I would like to convert a normal PDF to PDF U/A compatible file. I couldn't able to find any proper setting parameter to set this from client code and post it to Abbyy Cloud OCR SDK. 

Is there a provision for this or do I need to download the complete SDK to my local to have a proper setup to validate this?
