Weird behaviour of double tap to seek gesture

Describe the bug
After the doubt tap, the 3rd tap also seeks and it also invokes the player UI.
So every 3rd tap works like that.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Play a video.
Double tap to seek. (Suppose 5sec)
Quickly tap for third time. It will seek 5sec and it will also bring the player UI.

Expected behavior
Double tap should seek.
3rd tap should only have one purpose, if it seeks , it shouldn't toggle player UI.

( I don't want 3rd tap to seek to go, it's fast)

Actual behavior
3rd tap both seeks and toggle player UI.
