Small ideas to the Saved Devices list #353

Hello!
I have a few ideas to make blobsaver's Saved Device list a bit more user-friendly.
- Ability to create Folders. This'll allow some form of organization. (I happen to manage a lot of iDevices.)
- Ability to rename iDevices and Folders.
- Ability to re-order the iDevices or Folders from the list. Such as moving items up or down. This can be completed via dragging or Right-click > "Move Up" or "Move Down".
- Ability to notate iDevice or Folders items. This can be a context menu (right-click) that'll enable the user to leave notes about a particular folder or iDevice.
