[Suggestion] User profiles #2301
Description
User profiles can be added so multiple users using SponsorBlock on the same device can change profiles and use different settings. Under the hood profile management could be done completely locally and each profile would be under a completely separate user account on the SB backend (only contact is with the server to get settings while changing profiles). The settings page would only show settings for the current profile (or a dropdown can be used). A page could also be added in settings to rename and (maybe) set profile pictures for different user profiles. All existing users would be moved to a default profile ("Default").
