Image-mask mismatching in function create_bg_with_noise

I'm so excited about your repository and tutorial at Medium.com. The proposed approach is beneficial in data augmentation using.
Though, there is a mismatching between mask and image in function create_bg_with_noise, i.e. there is a wrong positioning between image and mask.

In Medium tutorial the resulted image is:

But the current result is:

So, how to fix it? Could you provide a solution and update the repository?
