get_simulation reorders atom sites #2
Description
The function utilities.get_simulations which takes a structure code (e.g. s7-tw-gb-a1) as input and returns an AtomisticSimulation object, inadvertently reorders atom sites, which is problematic when more than one atom species is involved.
