Laravel 12 Support

Summary

Support for Laravel 12. Checking depedencies, it looks like there are a few packages that don't yet support the requirements for Laravel 12:

• astrotomic/laravel-translatable - MR pending
• cartalyst/tags - MR

And some packages are straight up abandoned/deprecated

• matthewbdaly/laravel-azure-storage replaced by Azure-OSS/azure-storage-php-adapter-laravel which should probably be an easy swap.

@jefsev Nope, depends on when the dependencies I've listed merge my PRs. Currently there's only one left to update their package and then I'll put in a PR in this repo for L12 and hope it get's merged sooner than later.

Laravel 12 was released six months ago. When will Laravel 12 be supported?
