After logon, revert to primary or secondary monitor instead of reverting to "extend" only

Is it possible to have this program revert to a single primary or secondary monitor (whichever was being used before the lock event) on an unlock event? It seems that this program currently forces "duplicate" on the lock screen and then goes to "extend" whenever an unlock event happens, regardless if I was using "extend" or "duplicate" or "PC screen only".
