feat: Retain DAG viz state when adding new nodes #144

Description of requested feature here
When investigating complex pipelines it often helps to drag elements in the DAG view to help conceptually group models.
However when moving backwards and forwards through the graph all nodes get reset to the default graph layout.
How does this help the users of the extension
Tracking graph state instead of resetting the visualization would help with DAG pipeline cleanup and mapping work.
