[BUG] IntelliJ Plugin (3.0.0+jre21): No error message on mouse-over

Describe the bug.

Errors are underlined in red in editor, but there is no actual error message presented

Expected behavior

Error message (shown in progressbar on the right) should also be shown on mouse-over

1. Create version 2 json
2. Provoke error (like invalid reference)
3. Move mouse over error

I'm not sure that I understand what's went wrong

Here is a video with latest plugin version where cmd + z is working also as show error on mouse-over

Works good with v2 and v3

will try to reproduce on next edit and update this issue. Maybe it was solved in the meantime or an temp. bug in the IDE, thank you for investigating.
