LogMiner Is Detected but Stuck and Not Producing to Kafka Topic

Hi, please help.

My setup is a 19c physical standby database in read-only WITH APPLY OPEN mode. The archive logs have been shipped from the primary, and I’ve followed the steps to create the Oracle wallet. The login succeeds and I can see LogMiner traces in my connector logs, but nothing ever gets produced to the Kafka topic. The connector status remains “RUNNING” only. Please advise. Thank you.
