Does not detect Razer audio devices #1240
-
Good day. I installed and use HyperHDR for my Ambilight backlighting behind the monitor. The effects and screen capture work perfectly without any problems, but I’d like to configure audio capture from my speakers. In the USB Grabber section, it only detects my webcam, and in the effects section, it only sees my microphone. I have a Razer Leviathan V2 with THX Spatial Audio support. It connects via USB. Since it has THX, the system shows two devices: "Leviathan" and "THX". By default, audio should be output to THX. I had a similar issue with Wallpaper Engine, which also has an audio capture feature. From what I understand, Razer doesn’t follow standard audio device protocols and installs sound drivers incorrectly. In Wallpaper Engine, if I select THX as the output, audio isn’t captured—but if I choose Leviathan, everything works fine (even though in Windows, the audio is still set to THX, regardless of the selection in WE). Maybe this note will help somehow. Do you have any ideas? |

Hi
If "THX" output is hardcoded to "Leviathan" then nothing can be done probably. In other case google suggests Voicemeeter Banana or Audio Repeater (B-Cable): Input: THX Spatial Audio (loopback), Output: Leviathan and Virtual Mic Output.
