LG webOS (PicCap) vs MS2130 - Which is lower latency?

Does anybody know if the MS2109 has lower latency than PicCap running on a (hacked) LG webOS TV?

I'm running HyperSerialESP32 (2 Mbps) + RPi4 + PicCap and I'm noticing some latency. (everything is connected using ethernet)

I'm willing to try the MS2130 but I'm not sure if it's faster than PicCap which is capturing directly from the TV?
