Omarchy + WeWorkWiFi -> no way to connect to network, confusing WiFi UI

Just did a fresh install while at WeWork and immediately realized I can't connect to WeWorkWiFi.

1. Click on the Wi-Fi icon in the tray
2. At first, no networks show up (?)... re-open a couple of times. Eventually, the scan is completed, and I see WeWorkWiFi
3. Navigating to the network and clicking enter doesn't result in any response. I can't connect to WiFi and have to use my phone

-> WiFi picker/ui is "not friendly". I do not get any feedback on why I can't connect to the network
(minor: no way to open settings/network settings/ using keyboard?)

I assume it is, at least partially, an Arch issue, but it feels like a "p0" to me personally, because not being able to connect to wifi right after installation is completed is a good reminder of why I moved from Linux to macOS in the first place.

Some context:
WeWork has a weird wifi setup that is known to cause issues even on Android Devices (but on Android the UI at least allows manually entering required settings)

If someone has already solved it, I would appreciate any guidance. I tried to use iwctl but couldn't figure it out either (I am getting Not Configured after running station wlan0 connect WeWorkWiFi)
