Nozzle crash

I bought a used sv06 plus and experienced two nozzle crashes and right gantry crashing before print starts.
Any help, sensor appears to be working okay.
I've set z offset and axis calibration

I guess for some reason the default sensorless homing settings are not working for your unit. Fortunately these values can values can be adjusted.

I recommend reading this section on klipper3d.org, then following the instructions in the tuning section on the same page, it's not as intimidating as it seems.

Once you adjust x, y, sensitivity settings, then you can move on to testing the z_probe. First would be to test if the probe is functioning at all by telling it to home z, and then touching the probe with a metal object and making sure that the gantry does in fact stop when it detects the metal. Then you can move onto setting the z_offset.
