Allow pre-classification with other databases

In the rare cases in which TypeMat, TypeMat_Lite, or other supported sets (e.g., MiGA_Ref, MiGA_Ref_Lite) are available but Phyla_Lite is not, pre-classification should be done using these instead.

• Dynamically find any locally-available database
