Finish transition from iocage to ioc #9
Description
After moving the repository out of the iocage GitHub Organization, the handbook still contains a lot references to iocage. Updating this requires manual interaction because in some cases references to iocage/iocell are wanted, in others the namespace needs to be updated to ioc, respectively libioc.
The iocage logo used in the template needs to be removed as well.
