Implementation of DFS, BFS and other traversal methods

Hi Everyone, this is Abhishek and I am new here in this repo. I am using this module to make my bookkeeping of complex tasks easy in my PhD work. I was searching for BFS and DFS methods in the module but could not find them after the first glance. I did not find the keywords in the discussion as well. Have these methods been implemented already in the repo, or I could help myself on implementing them?
