Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:
A lot of information is required and people may need time to recover the information and evidence required to write a formal letter. Being able to save where you are in the process would be helpful so you can come back to it if you need to.

Able to save where you are in the process.
Describe alternatives you've considered, if any:
This may not be possible due to data storing. Could it be possible to provide the questions upfront so people understand the evidence they will need to gather in advance?
