Add GDPR legislation to the list of policies, for EU markets #86

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:
Most of the policies and justification for taking down the content was that there WAS no documented consent.
However, in the EU, the GDPR regulation (https://gdpr-info.eu/art-17-gdpr/) specifies that anyone has the right to be forgotten and can ask to remove content about them at any time without any justification.
I think that for EU markets / people, this would be a very strong case too.
Describe the solution you'd like:
Ask if the person is EU or based in EU (I don't know exactly who can be protected by GPDR.
For these people, you can add the GDPR policy to the rest of the policies you have.
