hello, i really appreciate your work on this project, it is very usefull, is there any plan to implement intel qsv support for RTSP hw encoding and decoding in the near future?

I didn't plan to use any kind of GPU to decode RTSP streams yet. The reasons are:

Most RTSP streams are of low resolution, so the GPU won't provide much benefit.
People may want to process multiple RTSP streams. However, NVIDIA GPUs have a limited number of channels for parallel video encoding and decoding.
I found that QSV is not as efficient as NVIDIA.
If you are interested in leveraging GPU power for an RTSP project, you can hack it yourself:

The main difference of the QSV is changing the 'codec' from 'hevc' to 'hevc_qsv', or 'x264' to 'h264_qsv'.
