DH 2.0 Schema Editor `default language` stuck on English

When using the DH "2.0" Schema Editor, the "default language" ("Schema" tab) is stuck on English in the translations pop-up. The user can use the drop-down under "default language" to select a different field, but when looking at the translation pop-up window the user still sees "English (en)".
