Ghosts Lite Release location?

Looking at the ReadMe for Ghosts Lite it states

Download and install ghosts-lite

Download the latest release from Insert link to repository once moved.

Extract the downloaded archive to a directory of your choice.

Open terminal and navigate to the directory where you extracted ghosts-lite

Is there a link for the latest release or is this something I need to build from the C# files located in here?
