Installation of the Stick in z2m / home assistant environment #10

Hello,
I just bought the stick, but it will not start in the above environment.
I used a conbee II stick before. As I understand, a switch of the stick without repairing is not possible.
Thus I would repair everything.
The behaviour:
- Without reinstalltion of z2m it says: "there seems to be another stick " ...
- With new installation z2m will not start.
How can I make a fresh installation? Thanks in advance.
