Hashtags should terminate at punctuation

I was able to create a post that said `What's this about #hashtags?` and it literally interpreted the `?` as part of the hashtag which we wouldn't want. 

I think proper twitter-esque behavior would be to check a certain character set like [a-zA-Z0-9] following a `#` and anything else would terminate the hashtag.
