why no bids extractor metadata for openneuroderivatives

e.g. for https://github.com/OpenNeuroDerivatives/ds004215-mriqc.git which does have dataset_description.json so we should be extracting metadata but it seems none of them have bids metadata extracted... you can see that original bids one has extracted but not derived
