Toolchain for manual build of librnnoise_5h_b_500k.so?

For some reason the pre-built library `librnnoise_5h_b_500k.so.0.4.1` does not work in my environment (Nivida Jetson/Xavier, aarch64, Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS customized by Nvidia).

Are you willing to provide your toolchain (makefile, etc.) needed for manually building the lib from  the `weights_5h_b_500k.hdf5` file?
