Remove deprecated fields from API response

There seems to be some deprecated fields in our API response. For example start_date, start_time, end_date and end_time of /events/.

• Exchange with App Team which fields are/will be deprecated
• List up all the fields that are to be removed from CMS
• (optional) List up fields that are/wll be needed by the app but not yet implemented in CMS.
  (Wait for App. Some changes may be first needed in App, eventually)
• Apply listed changes in CMS
