First thanks for the interesting paper and the great work.
I am trying to reproduce your results but have problem matching the data, e.g. the number of available patients in each dataset, to the paper. Do you use the donor data from ICGC website?
Also is there any possibility of obtaining your pre-processed datasets? That would be a great help!
