RT#63616 installation on Windows Vista

I am trying to install Boost::Graph and i receive error code 129 (dmake) and error code 255 (dmake.exe). So the make its NOT OK.....
I am using perl 5, version 12, subversion 1 on Windows Vista. Can't anybody tell me why i have this problem?
