Element freezes immediately when uploading a large file #2409

Steps to reproduce
- Where are you starting? What can you see?
We tried to upload a 2.1 GB video into our element homeserver and it started freezing. - What do you click?
We upload a file from our computer as usual.
Outcome
What did you expect?
We expect that the movie should be uploaded to our homeserver as normal.
What happened instead?
While we tried to upload the movie, the client froze right away without notice.
