Adding an extra option for rooms to add Captcha (hCaptcha) to prevent Spam Accounts

To prevent spam accounts I think Element should add a Captcha service as an option in the configuration of the rooms.

Have you considered any alternatives?

The only alternative is to have an IA bot with an option to block a "first message a link".
