Dll file without ini file.

I would like to receive a dll file with Force Exclusive Fullscreen, disable logging, d3d8to9 without the .ini file, directly integrated into the dll if possible.

The latest build just added support for environment variables. You can set the variables before loading dxwrapper and then dxwrapper will honor those. This prevents the need to have an extra ini file.
