The protection profile (PP) "Secure Sub-System in System-on-Chip (3S in SoC)", version 1.8, was developed by Eurosmart and is strictly compliant with the protection profile BSI-CC-PP-0084-2014. The focus of this reevaluation was on two new packages as well as the switch to CC:2022.
