[Feat] Allow revocable vivisection

I want to be able to revoke a vivisection (i.e. revoke the Proxy). vivisect should return a reference to the revoke function which may then be called to remove all addendum descriptors from the target (e.g. event registration functions, mutated prototypes, proxy, etc).
