Manifest Page Not Updating Mini App Changes Despite Other Developer Tools Working

Description

The manifest page in Developer Mode is not reflecting Mini App changes deployed to the domain, while the preview and embed tools are correctly updating and showing the latest changes from the same domain.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Developer Mode following the documentation:

   • Navigate to https://farcaster.xyz/~/settings/developer-tools
   • Toggle on "Developer Mode"
   • Access developer section on desktop

2. Deploy Mini App changes to domain

3. Check preview tool - changes are reflected ✅

4. Check embed audit tool - changes are reflected ✅

5. Check manifest page/tool - changes are NOT reflected ❌

Expected Behavior

The manifest page should update and reflect the latest Mini App changes from the domain, consistent with how the preview and embed tools behave.
