Consider Shifting from vercel to gh-pages 

@awvwgk I think we should consider shifting this repo's hosting to gh-pages, Thanks to fantastic Example by Playground , Now it seems viable to shift the hosting from vercel to gh-pages of fortran-lang. Please provide your suggestions regarding this implementation.
