update this hard coding path for this tool?

Hi there,
Is it possible to update the hard coding path to the variable / relative path? I notice that this will cause a minor issue when this tool is packed in a conda recipe. The CPC2 conda produces error when the data_dir was executed.

I have a similar question. You can manually modify the data_dir, and then it will work.
