Custom folder setup: .gitignore rules

There should be a note for how to update your .gitignore rules if you switch to a Public/Private folder set up after first creating the default flat structure. For example, the new storage folder that holds accounts/cache/sessions needs to be ignored as well as the updated location (now in a public folder) for media.
