Issue Summary

A 500 error is returned when creating a query with a name longer than 256 characters

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the page to create a query
2. Set the query name to this phpsystemXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXCCX

This returns a 500 error, it should return a 400 error since it is an error due to invalid input being passed by the user.
