Support for Oracle #2

Hi!
With the news that the Rhino runtime will be terminated at January 31th 2026, i need start finding another solution for the problem of slow fetching of data with the Jdbc's ResultSet#next(), which you can read more at https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/298658393.
After a bit of search i found this library, which is amazing, but there only one problem: My database is a Oracle Server, which this libary does not support at the moment.
With this in mind, how far are we in the support for it? Is it difficult to implement these optimizations for this database type?
