Improve "cannot obtain process handle" error message to be more useful

Right now whenever something goes wrong with compat tools or Dalamud we mostly just return a generic "could not obtain process handle" message. This isn't that useful for users unless they dig through their launcher log, so some additional context should be surfaced (such as the inner exception).

Logging in the game launch area also needs to be improved as some exceptions get buried by an outer message
