How do I change the email used for my admin account?

It's greyed out in the settings and I can't find any answers in the documentation.

You can't from the UI/API. You can update the email directly in the database.

Hey thanks for the reply. I edited it in the database file, but it didn't seem to do anything. Is there any chance we can get a nice and quick option to change emails in the GUI?
