More languages support

Now, this repo supports Russian and Ukrainian languages. But I believe that we can add more language for support.

If you want to propose support for a new language let's discuss it here.

@greybax Thanks for the work on this library! As for more languages, Serbian can be added, a conversion table is specified here on WikiMedia:

Kazakh is another candidate. A conversion table can be found here:
