What is meaning of conv_output, conv_weights and colors of them?

I compiled your src and i have questions.

1. What is meaning of conv_output, conv_weights

2. colors of them?
   for examples, in conv1-0.png, thre are colors of red and blue. and there tones little differ each other.
   what is the meaning??
