Only the last metric in a publish is forwared to influx

seems like only the last metric in the metrics-array in the publish message is forwared to influxdb.

We experienced this issue too.

I had a look through the code and found that when a payload is recieved, it will map a metric name to that metric alias. It does this before processing any metrics. If you have no alias set for your metrics, then this map will only contain one value, which would be the last metric in the payload.
